Event Recap | NYC Patient Day

Posted by: The Sumaira Foundation in News & Announcements

On Sunday, October 29, 2023, we hosted Patient Day for NMOSD & MOGAD in New York City in collaboration with SRNA at the Columbia University Low Memorial Library. Our hybrid event was joined by 200 attendees, 150 of whom were patients, caregivers, and their family members. We were delighted to welcome Christine Ha (celebrity chef, author, winner of MasterChef Season 3 and NMOSD patient/advocate) as a special guest to this one-of-a-kind community event in the big apple! Special thanks to our sponsors Horizon, UCB, Alexion, and Nestlé Health Science.
