On March 5, 2016, The Sumaira Foundation hosted its 1st Annual NMO Awareness Gala at The Liberty Hotel Ballroom. We’re proud to declare this event as a huge success and share that we’ve raised $6,219.64! The foundation plans to use the funds raised to develop a special “onboard” program for NMO patients (details to be revealed soon!) as well as contribute to finding a cure for Neuromyelitis Optica.
