June 15, 2021 — The Sumaira Foundation for NMO (TSF) and Brain Health Center of the Rockies are pleased to announce their partnership as of June 2021.
Brain Health Center of the Rockies and TSF both share a vision in empowering patients and providing them with tools to live their lives beyond diagnoses.
Established in 2014, The Sumaira Foundation for NMO (TSF) is a 501(c)(3) organization founded and led by an NMO patient that is dedicated to generating global awareness of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), fundraising to help find a cure, and creating a community of support for patients + their caregivers.
The Brain Health Center of the Rockies is a non-profit organization built around empowering individuals to achieve maximal brain health. The organization’s primary goal is to provide personalized education on brain health from the front lines of research, inspiring individuals to make sustainable changes in their lives.
Enthused by the partnership, Sumaira of TSF says, “Through this collaboration, I hope that we are able to widen our reach, understand the needs of and support more members of our community — patients, clinicians, researchers, KOLs, caregivers, etc. — in a geographic location where TSF has yet to make an impact.”
